My contact with Ms. Tracy in customer service was at a level of excellence that mirrors all in the past when dealing with your institution. In addition Ms. Milica in finance did an awesome job educating me on how to move forward in my attempt to regain control of my finances as I seek to avoid the continual grip of other other higher interest options. Encounters such as these ensure the maintained and return of your customer base.

After contacting McCoy FCU member services on 7-28-2026 seeking assistance to make an adjustment to one of my accounts I had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by Mrs. Tracy Wright. Tracy was very courteous and very attentive towards not only understanding my concerns. But, she was very resourceful about finding the best solution of which I found to be quite satisfying to say the least. From my experience today, I would say that Tracy's display of relentless courtesy and her willingness to go above and beyond certainly proved to me that she's a GREAT asset to the member services team at McCoy FCU.
PS, As a side note to Tracy's upper management, In my closing remarks today, I suggested to Tracy that (again, because of my very positive experience with her today) management should consider promoting her to a Lead trainers position. (hint)
Why? Because she certainly proved (to me today) that she definitely has what it takes to do it.
