Got my mortgage refinanced with them. They were great and explained everything so well.

We are always in and out. Our issues have been addressed and resolved easily. Claude (Bank Manager) has been really helpful with our account hack.

Our accounts were compromised. We went to the Central Florida Parkway branch and Dijana was so patient and helpful. I would give her a 10 star rating if I could.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of my Visa Debit card getting compromised and I reached out to Allison and Adjwa at the CFP branch. I was headed out of town the next day and they were most helpful in getting my new replacement card on the way to me. I received it 2 days later and when I stopped in this morning, Adjwa Soares was an ANGEL for getting my new card onto my MobiMoney App. Now I have immediate visibility of every transaction with my new debit card in real time. This is such a comfort after having been made to feel violated by the thieves that stole my card number! A great BIG THANK-YOU to you ladies!

On March 20, 2024, I went to my local McCoy Federal Credit Union on Chickasaw Trail in Orlando to check on a credit card that I had applied for on my phone. The Branch Manager, Carmen Sierra assisted me right away and discovered that I had not completely finished and submitted the whole application. She took time to answer all my questions and readily helped me with the process of finishing what needed to be done to obtain the credit card. I was impressed how fast and easy the process was to work through this situation with her. Her experience and professionalism made this such a Positive experience with McCoy Federal. I know that each customer that does business with McCoy Federal will receive the same level of service because each customer is Highly Valued. It doesn't matter which location of McCoy Federal you go, You'll receive the same level of service at all the locations. Years ago, I did business mainly at the location at Michigan and Orange Ave., and the Customer Service was Exceptional with their Assistant Manager Ginny Albarran. Their Customer Sevice is excellent.

Hamlin branch. Carol who feels like an old friend after one interaction was kind, outgoing, and just very welcoming. We talked threw our transaction and for a few minutes after about life and travel and happiness. I needed all of that at that moment and Carol just being Carol unknowingly provided that. Today I lived what I value the most, banking at my local branch with people I've built relationships. McCoy McLeod branch manager, Ms. Stacey proved an ally, with good perspective and solutions. She is stellar, as is her staff. Do banking there. You will see expertise in action.

I was having trouble resetting my password and the third rep i spoke with was wonderful. One rep said her system was down and to call back to get a different rep. She said she couldn’t transfer me to someone who could actually help. I asked why even take the call and she didn’t seem too happy with that response. I finally spoke with Jovinette. . She not only helped me, but gave me tips on how to copy and paste. I mean I know how, but when I only needed a part of an email copy and pasted, it was a godsend.
I’ve been banking here since I was 16 nd now I’m retired. I love this FCU.

Very friendly and professional. Their product is excellent and I would recommend it. It has a small family kind of feel, it's better than the cold feel at the bigger banks.

Abbye Espinosa was the absolute most helpful with our situation and did everything she possibly could to ensure our outcome was nothing short of pleasant! She went out of her way to ensure it was taken care of as fast as it could be. We appreciate customer service as outstanding as Abbyes!!!!!!!

Each time I’ve come to this branch it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. Edith helped me both times and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very kind and patient. She have helped me immensely every time I’ve come in and and happily answered all of my questions.

We came in to open an account for my husband and Dionna went above and beyond and was so helpful and gave us so much information that myself as a member didn’t know. She was amazing and so patient with everything we had questions for and personally walked us through everything. She went into detail every step of the way. Best experience I had at a bank. Staff was very friendly, Kind, and knowledgeable. Stephany help me set up my account and she was very kind and efficient.
