I had an outstanding experience thanks to Joel at McCoy Federal Credit Union. I arrived close to closing time, and Joel was upfront ready to help me. But wow! He worked quickly and efficiently to open my savings account, explaining everything clearly. Even after the doors were locked at 5, Joel went above and beyond, staying late, making sure I was set up with everything, including a safety deposit box. I never felt rushed, just taken care of. Joel’s professionalism and genuine care deserve every bit of praise. I don’t usually write reviews, but he made this experience exceptional! Thank you Joel ;)

I went to the Clermont credit Union to get a personal loan . I signed in and Melania was very professional walked over to me , introduced herself, very helpful in getting me the loan . She's a great assest to your company.

My contact with Ms. Tracy in customer service was at a level of excellence that mirrors all in the past when dealing with your institution. In addition Ms. Milica in finance did an awesome job educating me on how to move forward in my attempt to regain control of my finances as I seek to avoid the continual grip of other other higher interest options. Encounters such as these ensure the maintained and return of your customer base.

After contacting McCoy FCU member services on 7-28-2026 seeking assistance to make an adjustment to one of my accounts I had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by Mrs. Tracy Wright. Tracy was very courteous and very attentive towards not only understanding my concerns. But, she was very resourceful about finding the best solution of which I found to be quite satisfying to say the least. From my experience today, I would say that Tracy's display of relentless courtesy and her willingness to go above and beyond certainly proved to me that she's a GREAT asset to the member services team at McCoy FCU.
PS, As a side note to Tracy's upper management, In my closing remarks today, I suggested to Tracy that (again, because of my very positive experience with her today) management should consider promoting her to a Lead trainers position. (hint)
Why? Because she certainly proved (to me today) that she definitely has what it takes to do it.

We had an excellent experience with Jennie Albarran, the Branch Manager at McCoy Federal Credit Union (Michigan Street location). She was extremely patient and took all the time needed to help us obtain and organize our loan information for my daughter. Jennie was very friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly and clearly explained.

Claude was extremely helpful and supportive while assisting us with notarizing important estate documents for my elderly parent. His meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated. He went above and beyond by making copies of all the notarized documents before we left, which gave us added peace of mind.
