Claude and his staff were kind,courteous, and helped my husband and I recover and open replacement accts.. Claude always returned my calls and successed working with the fraud dept. in our behalf. I recommend family and friends to join McCoy.

I want to commend Alexis Parra, an employee at McCoy Federal Credit Union, the Curry Ford Branch. I had a problem where a merchant double charged me. Alexis provided excellent customer service and banking service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She gave me the steps that I could take to help resolve the problem. She also helped me set up controls on my account so I could better manage and monitor the transactions on my accounts. I really appreciated her service today. I felt at peace after I left her office.

Today my husband and I went to McCoy Federal in Osceola to open a savings account, and the experience was excellent. Ivan, who assisted us at the front, was extremely kind and took the time to explain all of our questions with great patience and clarity.

I just had a great customer service with Brianna S. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Brianna helped me understand a product that I had on my account that I didn't even know about. Brianna understood my concerns, and I felt listen to me and just heard me. The other Rep. she was a Afro American that refused to give me her name and hung up on me. Hope you can go back see it was and (VERY RUDE). I am sure (Mr. Cowans) wouldn't appreciate his customer getting that type service. Glad I didn't her!!!! Sure I am not the first customer this has happened to. was my Angel today.
