I had an amazing experience today at McCoy Federal Credit Union with Madison! I came in to deposit a rather large check and also needed to get payroll handled for my employees. Madison went above and beyond—she was able to push the check through so the funds were available right away, which was such a relief. On top of that, she was incredibly helpful with getting payroll distributed, carefully accounting for everything and making sure it was all correct.

Madison was super friendly, professional, and absolutely amazing at her job. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kudos to Madison—you truly deserve recognition! McCoy Federal Credit Union is lucky to have employees like her. Thank you so much, Madison!

I visited the central Florida pkwy office, and Ms. Melania help with a smile and professionalism. She was kind and knowledgeable as what I was trying to do. I was really happy with my overall experience there, it seemed that everyone went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

Reina went above and beyond with her customer service! She was patient, attentive, and truly cared about making sure I left happy. She listened to my concerns, gave clear answers, and followed through on every detail.It’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes pride in helping people the way she does. Today my husband and I went to McCoy Federal in Osceola to open a savings account, and the experience was excellent. Ivan, who assisted us at the front, was extremely kind and took the time to explain all of our questions with great patience and clarity.

I had a car repair issue that was costly. I went to McCoy Federal Credit to get the funds for the repair. I have not borrowed money in quite some time. Judy at the Ocoee Branch was awesome. She was personel as she remained professional. She had a great interest in my car repairs, and she made me feel a little better about taking the loan. And the Loan Agent, Im sure was convinced by Judy to release the extra funds I needed. Thank you Judy for the extra mile you took on my loan. God bless you always.

Claudia Sala did an amazing job at explaining everything to the tea. Definitely would recommend getting taken care by her. She was very nice and respectful and knew what she was doing. Definitely recommend 100%!!

The people here are exactly why I do my banking with a credit union. I cannot thank Claudia enough for how kind, patient, and helpful she was. All of the staff at this location went out of their way to accommodate me and my stressful transactions. Claudia and Kerry and their manager helped me feel at ease.
