Recently my husband refinanced his car while I purchased one of my own via McCoy. I visited the Chickasaw branch twice in a week. The one particular day, I came by in the morning, and later again in the afternoon. Each time I did, Carmen Sierra and her team greeted me with the most genuine good attitude and excellent customer service. The dealer had me in a bit of a bad mood, yet the McCoy personnel quickly helped dissipate that with their professionalism and true empathy. My husband and I felt so reassured of our decision of handling our affairs through McCoy; we're loyal clients for life!

Went to McCoy CU in Clermont to open an account, while waiting to be helped I heard a familiar voice, it was Carol a credit union associate that use to work at a credit union I belong to. It was so nice to see her working at McCoy! Besides being the most friendliest person, she brings with her years of financial knowledge.

Met with the personnel at Clermont branch on Tuesday dec 27th. Both ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Opened new account and cashed in multiple savings bonds that had matured. Took advantage of terrific CD rate.
Since we are retired higher interest rates are quite important. Looking forward to future dealings with Melania.

My experience with the bank for many years it’s been very good, especially for the courtesy, professionalism and promptness of one member of the staff at the Curry Ford branch, Abigail Espinosa, her experience is very good appreciated when we need help.

I recently set up a savings account. I went into the Hamlin location and Jeffrey helped me with the process of setting up my on line account. Very pleasant and helpful. Also convenient location.

Jackie Santiago- Rodriguez was outstanding today. She addressed all my concerns and answered my questions about what the differences between all the checking and savings accounts. Her excellent spirit and sincerity put me at ease. Kudos to this incredible lady, I felt like I was just being welcomed into her home. Gretchen assisted me with the opening of a checking account. She is so good to work with. She has a great personality, as well as being professional and knowledgeable.

As a long-time member, I've always been impressed with the fast and friendly service at the Lake Nona branch. A plus is they have a coin counting machine that charges much less (or free depending on your membership) compared to coin counters find in places like Publix.

I have been an account holder at McCoy Federal for several years now. I recently applied for a loan through them and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very kind, helpful and professional through out the entire process. They even gave my daughter a McCoy teddy bear. I am happy to be in business with them and will continue to be for years to come. They offer a personal touch you can't get at larger banks.

I went into McCoy with an issue with an old account. Sylvia was exceptionally pleasant. She took her time to explained everything to me while training 2 new employees. I had my account compromised/fraud for over $10,000.00 and I went to the new branch that opened recently on Dyer Blvd. What a pleasure dealing with Charyanna L. She assured everything would be OK and at the end of the day it was. After several hours the funds had been returned to my business account, and Charyannna took the time to help me cut cashiers checks to all my team members. She was awesome and made what started out to be a really bad day and she turned it around with her personality and "Can Do" attitude and made it right for my company. This is why I chose a CU over big box banks. Thank you so much on behalf of my team and myself. your an amazing person.

I'm must say that it was a good experience, I went there for the first time and I was expecting to hear a...no you can't, but it was the opposite, I spoke with a person called Maila, she spent enough time with me, I asked her a lot of questions and she took the time to answer and to explain every possible detail, this person know how to keep the customer satisfied, indeed.
I made my goal on this today
I hope everyone have the same good experience as me.
