Member Notice: We are aware of an issue affecting some members who are unable to use their Visa Debit Cards at Walmart and/or Sam’s Club. The issue appears to be isolated to PIN transactions. If you bypass the PIN option, the transaction should go through. If you experience any problems with this, the store associate should be able to assist you with bypassing the PIN.
