I want to commend Alexis Parra, an employee at McCoy Federal Credit Union, the Curry Ford Branch. I had a problem where a merchant double charged me. Alexis provided excellent customer service and banking service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She gave me the steps that I could take to help resolve the problem. She also helped me set up controls on my account so I could better manage and monitor the transactions on my accounts. I really appreciated her service today. I felt at peace after I left her office.
