McCoy Federal Credit Union is in the process of converting to a new core system which will help us operate more efficiently, improve our products and services, and serve you better in the future. Throughout the many months of preparation for converting to a new core system, our fundamental goal has been to limit the impact on our members. We have worked diligently to make the transition as seamless as possible for you. Always remember, McCoy Federal will NEVER ask you to provide confidential information, such as account numbers, card numbers, or social security numbers, via email, text message, or direct mail.
PLAN AHEAD FOR CONVERSION March 29 - April 1
Please review the following information carefully to avoid any inconvenience during Conversion.
On Friday, March 29, at 5:00 pm, all of our branches, including the Call Center, will close. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, April 2.
The following services WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE during Conversion:
- myMcCoy Online Banking and Bill Pay
- myMcCoy Mobile apps for iPhone and Android
- Mobile Check Deposit
- McCoy Federal ATMs
- Balance Inquiries at any ATM or the MobiMoney app
What to expect during and after Conversion:
After Conversion, your base account numbers will not change. You will continue to use the same number to reference your account.
After Conversion, to allow for the addition of new products and services, we are changing from single digit suffix numbers to four-digit Share IDs. Below are some examples of what the new Share IDs will look like for your account. We recognize it will take time to adjust to new Share IDs. Our Member Service Representatives will be available to assist you.
myMcCoy Online Banking
After Conversion, the login Information you use for myMcCoy Online Banking will remain the same.
myMcCoy users will need to take action prior to Conversion for Statement History
Your statements are your best source of historical information and transactions on your account. Statements prior to January 2019 WILL NOT be available in myMcCoy Online Banking after the Conversion - please print or download past statements prior to Friday, March 29. To obtain a copy of a previous statement after April 1, please contact Member Services.
myMcCoy users will need to take action prior to Conversion for Account Activity
Account Activity prior to January 2019 WILL NOT be available in myMcCoy Online Banking after the Conversion - please print or download Account Activity prior to January 2019 (for each account) before Friday, March 29.
Images of checks that clear your account prior to March 29 WILL NOT be available for viewing on myMcCoy after Conversion. Images of checks that clear after April 1 will be available to view and print.
During Conversion, Toni-The-Teller will not be available after 5:00 pm on Friday, March 29.
Toni-The-Teller users will need to take action after Conversion
After Conversion, you will continue to log in using your account number along with the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number. You will be prompted to reset your PIN.
Direct Deposits & ACH Transactions
During Conversion, direct deposits and ACH transactions will be applied to your account on Friday, March 29. There is a possibility some transactions may post earlier than anticipated. If you have a concern please contact Member Services.
Debit & Credit Cards
During Conversion, you will have access to your funds throughout the weekend using your debit or credit cards.
After Conversion, McCoy Federal's routing/transit number will remain the same - 263179956.
Even though McCoy ATMs will not be available to you during Conversion, you will have access to your funds surcharge free throughout the weekend via any ATM located at Publix. Your funds will also be available from any other ATM but you may incur a fee from the ATM owner. Check out our website for additional ATM locations near you or visit www.CUliance.com.
Please Note: Balance Inquiries will not be available from any ATM or the MobiMoney app during the conversion.
During Conversion, items placed in the Night Depository will be posted on Tuesday, April 2.
During Conversion, our website will be accessible for product and service information.
QUICKEN and QUICKBOOKS Users
Quicken and QuickBooks users will need to take action prior to Conversion
PLEASE NOTE: Account Activity Prior to January 1, 2019 will not be available after the Conversion, you will need to download your Account Activity in myMcCoy BEFORE March 29.
