I would like to take a moment to recognize Jennie for her exceptional customer service and dedication.

Jennie is truly outstanding. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answers all of my questions. She also went above and beyond by helping my mom, demonstrating how caring, kind, and compassionate she is.
Jennie always makes sure that we fully understand everything regarding my account and never makes us feel rushed or overlooked. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a very positive impression on both my mom and me.
I believe employees like Jennie deserve to be recognized for the positive experience they provide. I wanted to bring her excellent service to HR’s attention and let you know how much we appreciate her.
Thank you, Jennie, for your kindness, professionalism, and commitment to helping your customers!
