I am very pleased that I have been a member of McCoy Federal Credit Union for well over 20 years. I have always been treated well and with respect. And the same this time when meeting with member service representative Donna Pantoja when I resently applied for a personal loan. Both she and the loan officer Anna (whom I hope I have the correct name) were kind, patient and professional during the quick process.
