Went in a few months ago to get my business debit card working. There was confusion when I activated the card over the phone because some of the business information had not been updated in the system. I had an amazing experience today at McCoy Federal Credit Union with Madison! I came in to deposit a rather large check and also needed to get payroll handled for my employees. Madison went above and beyond—she was able to push the check through so the funds were available right away, which was such a relief. On top of that, she was incredibly helpful with getting payroll distributed, carefully accounting for everything and making sure it was all correct.
