12:00 PM: The McCoy Card Controls mobile app is now available in the Apple Store. Search for McCoy Federal Credit Union and select the option for McCoy Card Controls. We are continuing to work on making the app live in the Google Play Store.

McCoy Credit Card Update - March 25, 2024
You should have received and activated your new McCoy Visa Credit Card. Please remember to destroy your old card, which has been deactivated.
9:38 AM: The CURewards site is not yet active. We will update this page when it is ready for you to log in and register your new card.
As part of an upgrade to our Visa Credit Card program, you will receive a new McCoy Federal Credit Union credit card in the mail. Everything stays the same with your variable rate and your monthly due date. While you must update your payment information with online merchants, your new card offers a growing list of enhanced features and added security to better serve you, your family, and our McCoy FCU community.
Important Dates
March 22, 2024: Online access to your credit card account via the eZCard website will be unavailable beginning on this date. We recommend reviewing and downloading any necessary statements and anything else you may need at least one week prior to this date.
March 23, 2024: Your current McCoy FCU Visa Credit Card will be deactivated at 11:59 pm EST.
March 24, 2024: First day to activate your new McCoy FCU Visa Credit Card.
March 24, 2024: First day to register your new McCoy FCU Visa Credit Card on the CURewards website and log in to review your reward points.
TBD: New credit card site will launch with additional functionality. You will be able to check credit card balances, pay bills, and more. We anticipate that the new site will launch the week of April 1, 2024, and will update this page with the confirmed date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is McCoy FCU converting to a new credit card processor?
This new partnership will allow McCoy FCU to provide a more secure credit card, a more robust rewards program, and upgraded functionality for cardholders.
Will any of the terms of my new card change?
No, none of the terms will change. Your APR, due date, minimum payment, and fees will all remain the same.
Will the new card have a different card number?
Yes. Any recurring or pre-authorized charges you have on your current card will need to be updated to the new card number. This includes payments for online merchants, such as streaming services, autopay bills, and monthly memberships.
Will I still earn rewards points with my new card?
If you have a McCoy FCU Visa Rewards or Visa Signature card, your points will automatically transfer to a new and improved rewards program called CURewards! You can register your card and log in to view your reward points through CURewards starting on March 24, 2024. All your existing points as of this date will transfer to the new rewards program.
What is contactless payment?
It’s easy. Just tap or hold your new card near the checkout terminal to process your purchase.

How will I get online access to my credit card account?
You will have 24/7 access to your credit card account data through myMcCoy Online Banking and the mobile app. Online access to your credit card account will no longer be through EZCardinfo.com. A new site will launch the week of April 1, 2024, featuring additional functionality such as balance inquiries, bill pay options, and more.
Will I have access to my credit card history?
Once we have transitioned to the new McCoy Visa Credit Card, you will no longer have access to your current card's history. We recommend you save prior statements as needed before March 2024.
