Important Information Regarding Transition from GoToMyCard to eZCard

 

Our credit card payment system is transitioning from GoToMyCard to eZCard in the next two weeks. As a result, there will be a limited interruption to credit card services at this time.

 

You will need to complete the following steps to access the new system starting on Monday, September 20, 2021:

 

  1. Register your credit card with eZCard at www.ezcardinfo.com

  1. Enroll for e-statements in eZCard.

  1. Set up alerts in eZCard.

 

There are a couple of very important things to keep in mind as we transition to eZCard. First, the mailing address for payments will remain the same. As a reminder, this address is P.O. Box 672051, Dallas, TX 75267-2021.

 

Your existing automatic payments will migrate to eZCard, though you won’t be able to see them within the system. You do not need to set up automatic payments within eZCard, but if you choose to do so, we will need to delete any existing payments to avoid duplicate postings. Please call 407-855-5452 so a McCoy team member can ensure this step has been completed.

 

Finally, as we work to complete the migration process, you will not be able to make a payment after 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Payments will resume on Monday, September 20, 2021.
