FREE McCoy Direct Online

Access your accounts twenty four hours a day, seven days a week!

McCoy Direct Online is available to all members. Visit www.mccoydirect.org and CLICK ON the “Sign Up Now” icon (lower left corner of your screen).  Please have a copy of your most recent McCoy Federal Credit Union periodic statement and the following information available:

• Your main share account number;
• The name of the primary account holder as printed on your statement;
• The primary account holder’s social security number;
• The primary account holder’s date of birth;
• Your zip code;
• Amount of latest deposit to suffix 0 (savings account).

Once you complete the security questions the system will prompt you for a password and you will have to register for our newest security feature.  

• Check your account balance
• Check statement history
• Get eStatements online
• Transfer funds
• Stop Payments
• Buy Savings Bonds
• Make Loan Payments
• ….and much, much, more

FREE eStatements
eStatements offer the following benefits:
• Convenient - you may view or print your eStatements any time
• Simple - you will receive an email when your eStatement is ready to view online
• Fast - eStatements are available the same day as paper statements
• Secure - eStatements cannot be lost or stolen in the mail
• eStatements are environmentally friendly by reducing paper waste

FREE Bill Payer

With McCoy Federal's FREE Bill Payer you can receive and pay your bills online. Pay anyone including your cable bill, your phone company, your electric company - even your babysitter - at anytime, from anywhere you have access to a computer.

FREE Bill Payer allows you to:

• Pay all of your bills online
• Set up one time payments
• Schedule repeating payments
• View your payment history
• Receive e-bills from vendors
• Send money to anyone, anytime, anyplace
• Transfer funds electronically between accounts at different financial institutions
• Set-up and pay bills from different checking accounts
• For companies not accepting electronic payments allow 10 days for a check to be created & mailed to avoid late payments.

You will need your checking account number, your driver's license and your social security number handy to complete the form.

Toni-The-Teller

You have push button access to all your accounts in English and Spanish. Not only can you check balances, you can get information on deposits, withdrawals, and checks that have cleared. You can stop payment on a check at no charge. In addition, you can make loan payments by transferring funds from savings or checking to your McCoy Federal loan.

To access Toni-The-Teller, you must have a Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not have a Toni-The-Teller PIN number, call the Phone Center at 407-855-5452. They will be happy to help you.

Direct Deposit

Checking Account

Payroll, Social Security, retirement and other recurring checks can be deposited directly to your credit union checking account. It's the safe, sure way to get your money where you want it at the same time each month. All you need is your routing number and your 10 digit checking account number.




Savings Account

If you would like Direct Deposit for your Savings Account, you will need the routing number and your savings account number, which is available on your statement.

With Payroll Deduction, you can designate part or all of your paycheck to your credit union account.

ATM Locations




McCoy Federal members have thousands of machines available world-wide that they may use. To locate an ATM near you please click on the above link, our visit www.cu24.com.

Wherever you go in the world, look on the sign near the ATM. If it has any of the signs shown on the back of your card, then you can use your Visa DebitCard at that machine.

You will not pay a fee at machines which have the CU Here logo attached to the CU24 sign. You may be subject to service fees and surcharges at other machines.

Some ATMs without the CU Here logo attached to the CU24 sign may assess a surcharge for using that ATM. This surcharge is not a fee charged by McCoy Federal; rather, it is a fee which goes to the financial institution that owns that particular ATM.

You will not be charged a surcharge at any ATM that bears the CU24/CU HERE sign.

Money Orders

Money orders are a safe, convenient and inexpensive alternative to writing a personal check. They are available in any increment up to $1,000 each. Money orders may be obtained at any McCoy Federal office for $1.00 for our members.

Official Checks

McCoy Federal offers two types of official checks for your convenience, bank checks and cashier’s checks. You may purchase the checks for any amount you designate and that amount is guaranteed to the payee. Each official check costs $1.00 and Golden Eagle Club members receive official checks at no cost.
