McCoy Federal Credit Union’s Official Become a Fan & Enter 2009 Sweepstakes Rules.

Signing up is simple. From now until December 31, 2009, just click on the “Become a Fan” link at the upper right hand corner of McCoy FCU’s profile page on Facebook and you’ll automatically be entered to win!  Already a Fan?  You’re already entered to win. 

Eligibility: The sweepstakes is offered electronically via the Internet or by mail. It is open to all U.S. Citizens aged 18 and older and who either have internet access as of the day before each drawing or who mail in an entry (described below).  Employees, volunteers and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses or individuals living in the same household) are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.

How to enter: You may enter the sweepstakes in one of two ways: (1) By linking to McCoy FCU page on Facebook and clicking the Become a Fan link; or (2) by legibly hand printing on a “3 x5” card the words: “Become a Fan Sweepstakes” along with your name, email address and telephone number and mailing the entry to: Become a Fan Sweepstakes, McCoy Federal Credit Union , Attn: Marketing, PO Box 593806, Orlando Fl 32859-3806. Only one entry per person is permitted. If multiple mail entries are received, only the first entry received will be entered into the sweepstakes.

Prize: One (1) winner will be selected each month and will receive a McCoy FCU Visa gift card (retail value $100). Only entries received within the above specified time frame will be eligible for the prize drawings. No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted, except by sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

Selection of Winner: Winner(s) as specified above will be determined by random drawing from all eligible participants beginning October 1, 2009 and continuing through January 4, 2010. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of participants. Winner(s) will be notified within 14 days of the drawing. Winner(s) will have 15 days from notification to claim the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner may be required to sign a Media Release form. By accepting and or using prize, winner agrees to use of winner’s full name and /or likeness for the purpose of appearing in print and/or electronic media for McCoy FCU and without compensation. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

General Terms: Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions by McCoy FCU as final.
