  Collections Specialist

  Come be a part of Team McCoy, a winning team of professionals in our Collections Department.

   

  Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in collecting accounts 60 days plus delinquent.
  • Must present a professional appearance, good credit, be bondable, and must pass a background check. 
  • Preferred candidates will have previous collections experience with a financial institution or a credit union.
  • Excellent communications skills, bi-lingual a plus.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must have a working knowledge of current laws and regulations pertaining to collections.
  • Ability to make sound decisions protecting the Credit Union while maintaining solid member relations.
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
  • Detail oriented and a team player.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage time effectively.
